RETURNS:
TheDailyStyleAddict.com works day
and night to secure the very best pricing possible. Due to the fashion in
which the product is purchased, the manufacturers and distributors do not
accept returns unless there is a material or manufacturing defect. As
such, TheDailyStyleAddict.com will not accept items returned for a refund,
unless, a manufacturing defect can be identified by the customer within 15 days
(15 days from the ship date), and an RMA request is made using the instructions
below.
EXCHANGES:
No item may be exchanged more than
15 calendar days after shipping date.
No exchanges will be made on “Daily
Sale” items. These items are limited in quantity, and as such, request
for exchange due to improper size selection is not possible.
For regular product on the
storefront, please contact us, and if we have the proper size in stock, we may be able to accommodate your request.
If accommodated, only the first exchange is free. Exchanged item must be the identical
item purchased, in a smaller or larger size. You pay for shipping the item back
to TheDailyStyleAddict.com, we'll ship your replacement item back to you free
of charge via the company’s carrier of choice.
If the same item is not in stock in a different size, your item may not
be accepted for exchange.
Rules & Policies:
All merchandise purchased from
TheDailyStyleAddict.com is sold in its original factory packaging with all
contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. The merchandise can
only be returned or exchanged if still in original manufacturer's
packaging. Worn items, used items and any items without the tags attached
will be refused. This determination is at the sole discretion of
TheDailyStyleAddict.com/
No returns or exchanges will be
accepted without an RMA number. ALL RMA requests should be sent via email to RMA@TheDailyStyleAddict.com. Packages sent back without a valid RMA number clearly
marked on the outside of the box will be refused.
It is the responsibility of the
customer to pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to
TheDailyStyleAddict.com. Returns and exchanges sent COD will be refused.
TheDailyStyleAddict.com will not refund shipping charges for any returns or
exchanges unless the return or exchange is the result of an error made by
TheDailyStyleAddict.com. TheDailyStyleAddict.com is not responsible for personal
items left in returned or exchanged merchandise. Returns or exchanges
must be received by TheDailyStyleAddict.com within 7 business days from the
date the RMA# is issued. Never ship an item in its original manufacturers
packaging - it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other
adequate packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way
back to TheDailyStyleAddict.com. TheDailyStyleAddict.com is not
responsible for goods we received that are damaged. These damaged goods
become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be
charged to send them back.
